Shipping policy

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We use a variety of carriers based on your order size and location. In-stock items usually ship the next day. If you place an order that contains out-of-stock items, you will be notified immediately. If there are any access issues that your delivery driver would need to be aware of, please notify us in the comments section at checkout. Please note Sama Sama Noosa shall not be held liable for shipping delays that are beyond our control. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. however, please contact us should you have any problems with your order. in the case of defect, please contact us for further instructions on exchanges. Any other exchange will be determined by each circumstance and the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges on exchanged items.
